The
restaurant is located in the hotel "Lo Scoiattolo", that is set
in Tache no. 6, two kilometres away from "Piccolo Residence".

the owners take personally care of the cuisine, our restaurant is
a good meeting point for gourmets. In fact, Silvana and Azzurra
offer meticulously prepared and tasty dishes from Aosta Valley's
tradition. Home-made cakes crown your meals or represent the beginning
of a new day at the buffet breakfast. In the extensive cellar you
can find all Aosta Valley's products and a lot of national brands.
Sitting near a typical "walser" stone stove, you can spend delightful
evenings in an unique atmosphere, which - according to Gressoney's
ancient tradition - is cheered up by different kinds of "grappa",
by genepy (a herb liqueur) and by "caffè alla valdostana" (coffee
made on the basis of a local recipe). |

Restaurant ein echtes Feinschmeckerlokal. Silvana und Azzurra verwöhnen
nämlich ihre Gäste mit gepflegten und köstlichen Spezialitäten aus
der althergebrachten Aostataler Kochkunst. Hausgemachte Süßspeisen
bilden die Krönung Ihrer Mahlzeiten oder den Anfang jedes neuen
Tags am Frühstücksbüfett. Der Keller ist reich an allen Aostataler
Produkten und an zahlreichen nationalen Markenartikeln. An einem
typischen Walser Ofen aus Weichstein sitzend, können Sie angenehme
Abende verbringen und eine einzigartige Atmosphäre genießen, wo
die gesellige Stimmung gemäß der Gressoneyer Tradition durch Schnäpse,
Genepy (Kräuterlikör) und Kaffee nach Aostataler Art noch aufgeheitert
