Surrounded by iridescent geraniums or reflected in the glittering of sunlit snowflakes, Hotel Lo Scoiattolo has changed its dress, but it still tells about cosy rooms emanating a pleasant scent of wood and about a very accurate cookery, based on flavours from an ancient local tradition or from well-known recipes of the present day. It tells about the hospitality which has always characterised the the thirty-year-old friendship with our guests.
